Supervising Clinician

About the role

Join a behavioral health team as a Supervising Clinician, responsible for providing clinical supervision and training to unlicensed, graduate-level, and intern clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Delivering supervision through individual and group sessions, in person or via telehealth, ensuring compliance with licensure and organizational policies.
• Reviewing clinical documentation, evaluating supervisee progress, and promoting clinical excellence and best practices.
• Maintaining licensure and regulatory requirements, and supporting clinical development of staff.
• Providing direct therapy services as needed, documenting sessions promptly, and participating in team meetings and crisis interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited program.
• Valid independent clinical license and experience meeting licensing board standards.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records, understanding of privacy/HIPAA, and strong communication skills.

Preferred

• 3-5 years post-licensure experience
• Training in supervision
• Knowledge of current mental health practices
