Bilingual (English/Spanish) role overseeing above-grade waterproofing on existing, occupied commercial facilities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

About the role

A well-established commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor is seeking a Bilingual Waterproofing Superintendent to manage field operations for repair and maintenance work on active, occupied buildings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise waterproofing crews and daily field operations
• Oversee above-grade waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and related building-envelope work
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules
• Conduct site walks and identify existing conditions before work begins
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets project specifications
• Communicate with project managers, customers, building representatives, and field crews
• Enforce company safety procedures and maintain clean, organized job sites
• Track daily production, progress, and field documentation
• Address job-site issues quickly to keep projects moving

Requirements

• Commercial waterproofing or building-envelope experience
• Previous experience supervising field crews and multiple projects
• Knowledge of above-grade waterproofing systems and repair work
• Experience working on existing and occupied commercial facilities
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout DFW

Pay

Base salary of $75,000–$100,000, based on experience.
