Superintendent - TMG Kona

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project management team to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
• Review project specifications, scope of work, and contractual obligations to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Coverage with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule and mobilize resources for project execution.
• Monitor and oversee the progress of landscaping projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in landscape construction, installation, or project management, with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate landscape equipment.
