Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are progressing efficiently and safely.
• Cook up coordination with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and address any potential issues promptly.
• Resolve any on-site challenges and provide solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site personnel and communicate updates to the project team.
• Foster a positive working environment to promote teamwork and efficiency among the crew.

Requirements

• Must have ground up commercial construction experience-AHCA preferred.
