Superintendent - Salt Lake City, UT
About the role
rand* construction corporation is seeking dynamic Superintendents for its growing team in Salt Lake City. This position involves overseeing all field staff and ensuring projects are built according to plans and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise work of carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors
- Ensure material, tools/equipment, information, and staff requirements are on the jobsite in the proper place and on time
- Handle all correspondence and forms required by the rand* office, including daily reports, time sheets, safety reports, accident reports, etc.
- Monitor work being performed, direct subcontractors, and schedule all work according to the project schedule
- Utilize management skills in directing supervision of subcontractors and coordinating their activities
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; two years of college preferred
- Eight years’ experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail, or building renovation projects
- OSHA 30 certification
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- OSHA Competent Persons Training preferred
