We are looking for someone with ground-up restaurant/retail experience to add to our field operations team. Responsibilities
- Oversee new construction, site work, and tenant improvement (TI) projects ranging from $5M to $30M.
- Effectively manage project schedules and budgets.
- Maintain and develop local subcontractor relations (a plus).
Requirements
- 4+ years of General Contractor experience.
- Experience with Procore (a plus).
