Superintendent – Multifamily Sector Experience Location: Los Angeles, CA Unless Local to Jobsite, Travel Required | Safety Sensitive Position Own the Build. Drive Results. VCC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily projects from mobilization through completion. What You’ll Be Responsible For Enforce safety policies and build a culture of jobsite safetyDrive schedule performance and coordinate subcontractors in proper sequencePlan construction procedures aligned with contract documents and specificationsLead weekly subcontractor meetings and manage 3-week look-ahead schedulesInspect work to ensure quality and specification adherenceCollaborate with General Superintendents, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve issues and improve construction methodsCoordinate material delivery and expediting with the Project EngineerObtain and monitor permits, inspections, and compliance requirementsReview cost reports and process back charges per SOPManage time and material approvalsMaintain daily documentation: reports, punch lists, billing sheets, and jobsite records You are the field leader ensuring the work is completed safely, correctly, on schedule, and within budget.
