This GC serves a diverse range of sectors, including education, healthcare, industrial, hospitality, retail, office, multifamily, financial, and automotive projects, and is recognized for its client-focused approach and commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction site operations to ensure progress aligns with project schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers to address challenges and adjust plans as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and any changes to plans.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure materials and resources are available and used efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ground up construction experience.
• Commercial construction experience.
• Familiarity with construction practices and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Experience with project management and scheduling tools.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges on-site promptly.

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $100000 to $120000.
