Job Function

Handle day to day of 200 units. Communicate with Boards On goings Tend to HVAC and Plumbing concerns Facilitate Special Garbage Requests

Job Requirement

Must have experience with large COOP buildings Good Communication skills Calm Demeanor Able to live on site 2 Bedroom Apartment with position after probation period $30 hour
