Superintendent - Large Scale Commercial - Chicago

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all day-to-day field operations on assigned projects
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors across all trades
• Drive and maintain the project schedule, sequencing, and logistics
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and lead daily safety initiatives
• Maintain quality control (QA/QC) and ensure work meets specifications
• Run daily huddles, subcontractor meetings, and coordination efforts
• Communicate directly with owners, architects, and project teams
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and field changes

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of construction experience
• 7-12+ years in a Superintendent role
• Proven experience delivering $30M+ ground-up or major renovation projects
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
• Familiarity with drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
