Superintendent - Insulation

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews and ensure that production schedules, work orders, and assignments are achieved according to guidelines and timelines.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures to employees.
• Report job and schedule status to manager as appropriate.
• Identify and resolve issues that prevent work order completion or impact scheduling.
• Perform Job Site Inspections (JSI’s).
• Oversee quality of work performed and report any discrepancies.
• Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and ensure that specifications are met.
• Conduct daily safety meetings with work crews and create a culture for working safely.
• Provide On Job Training (OJT) through self or others to ensure work is performed in accordance with company specifications and procedures.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience in construction trades and leading a crew.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Schedule

• Need to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Type of Travel Required: Local
• Amount of Travel Required: <25%

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Qualifications

Pay

Compensation Range: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
