Superintendent - Insulation

Responsibilities
- Supervise crews and ensure that production schedules, work orders, and assignments are achieved according to guidelines and timelines.
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures to employees.
- Report job and schedule status to manager as appropriate.
- Identify and resolve issues that prevent work order completion or impact scheduling.
- Perform Job Site Inspections (JSI’s).
- Oversee quality of work performed and report any discrepancies.
- Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and ensure that specifications are met.
- Conduct daily safety meetings with work crews and create a culture for working safely.
- Provide On Job Training (OJT) through self or others to ensure work is performed in accordance with company specifications and procedures.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
- Experience in construction trades and leading a crew.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).
- This is a safety-sensitive position.
Schedule
- Need to work overtime and weekends as required.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
- Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Pay
Compensation Range: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
