Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects with a General Contractor
• Lead Superintendent on light industrial ground-up and renovation projects (warehouse, distribution centers, food & beverage, cold storage, etc.)
• Proficiency in Safety Management, Quality Control & Field Coordination

Requirements

• Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor
• Experience as lead Superintendent on light industrial ground-up and renovation projects (warehouse, distribution centers, food & beverage, cold storage, etc.)
