Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of energy strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address energy needs and opportunities.
• Support the procurement and management of renewable energy resources.
• Monitor and report on energy performance metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal government agencies to facilitate policy and regulatory support.
• Engage in community outreach and education programs to promote sustainable energy practices.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, environmental science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in energy management, project management, or a related field.
• Experience with renewable energy technologies and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of energy policies and regulations.
• Experience with financial analysis and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
