Responsibilities
- Enforce company and OSHA safety policies
- Develop site-specific JHA’s and work plans
- Lead field operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with project teams on schedules, work plans, and resource needs
- Cookordinate and supervise crews, forepersons, and daily activities
- Communicate with owners and their representatives
- Communicate and collaborate with union representatives
- Manage materials, equipment, and labor to meet project goals
- Monitor production, costs, and progress to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Attend project meetings and provide technical guidance
- Support training and development of field personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in heavy civil construction
- Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Experience with OSHA safety standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
