Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of on-site construction for ground-up projects, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and coordinate site logistics for smooth execution.
  • Perform site inspections, address issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Provide regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
  • Travel frequently to various job sites and remain on location for extended periods as needed.

Requirements

  • Experienced superintendent in complex healthcare and educational construction projects
  • Strong leadership abilities with expertise in problem-solving and team coordination
  • Skilled in interpreting blueprints, project schedules, and technical specifications
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills for efficient project management
  • Willing to travel extensively and stay on-site long-term
