Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Manage project schedules to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Supervise and direct construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards.
- Resolve issues or problems during construction to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Proven experience in ground-up construction, commercial finishes, and framing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Strong problem-solving skills for quick and effective issue resolution.
- Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as necessary.
- Proficiency in project management software and relevant computer applications.
Pay
$80,000 - $160,000 per year
