Superintendent Healthcare Framing & Finishes

This role is for a large ground-up healthcare construction project valued at $900M. Framing and finishes experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Manage project schedules to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Supervise and direct construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Resolve issues or problems during construction to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare projects.
• Proven experience in ground-up construction, commercial finishes, and framing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Strong problem-solving skills for quick and effective issue resolution.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as necessary.
• Proficiency in project management software and relevant computer applications.

Pay

$80,000 - $160,000 per year
