Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

About the role

Work directly with leadership in a high-visibility, fast-moving environment. Our client is a Southeast-based GC focused on healthcare interiors, delivering projects for major hospital systems and medical clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction for healthcare interior projects from start through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and day-to-day field operations
• Coordinate closely with project management and client teams
• Drive execution within active healthcare environments while minimizing disruption
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards

Requirements

• Experience as a Superintendent on healthcare interior projects
• Background delivering projects in the $3M+ range
• Experience working in hospitals or outpatient lab environments preferred
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors and maintain schedule in fast-paced settings
• Comfortable working in a growing, hands-on environment
