About the role

The Superintendent will oversee ground-up healthcare construction projects in St. Petersburg and Tampa, ensuring successful project execution and delivery. This role involves managing on-site activities, coordinating teams, and maintaining high-quality standards in the property and construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for seamless workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications accurately.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure the project meets client expectations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with managing ground-up healthcare construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams effectively.
• Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently.

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $145,000 per year, plus a generous year-end bonus structure.
