Responsibilities
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects in various sectors including commercial/industrial, education, multi-family, and healthcare.
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
- Be responsible for the timeliness and quality of assigned projects.
- Prepare project documentation for effective site management.
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance programs.
- Promote an injury-free job site through safety initiatives and the company's award-winning safety program.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a project superintendent.
- An understanding of LEAN construction practices and LEED Green Building requirements.
- A leadership style that thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- The ability to develop relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and other trade partners.
- A willingness to learn new approaches and tools, stay updated with industry technology, and possess strong computer skills.
- A readiness to travel and accept remote assignments.
