This opportunity is ideal for a proven field leader who enjoys managing complex commercial construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining aggressive schedules, and delivering high-quality projects safely and successfully. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial general construction projects from mobilization through completion.Manage subcontractors, field personnel, vendors, and onsite project activities.Develop and maintain short-term and look-ahead construction schedules.Coordinate daily activities across multiple trades to maintain overall project schedule.Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Project Executives, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate project priorities and expectations.Monitor construction progress, productivity, quality, and project milestones.Identify potential field conflicts, constructability issues, and schedule impacts and proactively develop solutions.Manage site logistics, deliveries, inspections, and sequencing of work.Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, quality standards, and applicable building codes.Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.Lead punch-list, inspections, turnover, and project closeout activities.Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and project safety requirements. Qualifications 5+ years of construction field leadership experience with a commercial general contractor.Previous experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or similar field leadership role.Strong commercial construction experience across multiple trades.Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating complex construction schedules.Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, sequencing, and means and methods.Proven ability to lead projects from site mobilization through final completion.Strong scheduling, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or similar projects preferred.
