Superintendent (Fully Integrated Developer)

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations from site mobilization through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel while maintaining project schedules.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings, site inspections, and progress coordination meetings.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and maintain safe job sites.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
• Travel between project sites as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or other large-scale construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage field operations from site mobilization through project completion.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and safety best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience conducting subcontractor meetings, site inspections, and progress coordination meetings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a commitment to maintaining safe job sites.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build strong relationships across project teams.
• Experience utilizing construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Pay

$110,000 - $155,000 per year
