Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage all subcontractors and vendors.
- Expedite subcontractors and vendors on a daily and weekly basis.
- Identify and resolve construction-related issues as they develop.
- Supervise self-perform work and develop specialized construction methods to improve job efficiency.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and cost control records.
- Support jobsite reporting requirements, including: daily reports, field purchase orders, weekly unit reports and updates to the two-week lookahead schedules, monthly updates to the overall construction schedule.
- Review shop drawings and submittals to assist project managers in maintaining compliance with the submittal schedule and contract documentation.
- Attend all required jobsite meetings.
- Maintain consistent quality control in line with company standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with NYC public agencies is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years work experience as a technical specialist in the construction industry.
- Prior experience in interpreting contract documents (specifications, drawings, shop drawings).
- Valid driver’s license.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field.

Pay
$120,000 USD - $140,000 USD
