Superintendent - Education Construction

Job Description

Lead all onsite construction activities.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
Coverage of school district personnel and stakeholders.
Manage safety, quality, and production goals.
Conduct subcontractor meetings and site walks.
Ensure compliance with educational facility standards.
Coordinate inspections and code requirements.
Cookordination of phased and occupied-building construction.
Track project milestones and recovery plans.
Lead project closeout and punch list completion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Superintendent experience.
• Experience managing K-12 or higher education projects.
• Strong safety and quality management background.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to coordinate work in occupied environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
