Superintendent - Construction Services
What You Will Do
- Assist with design and construction meetings
- Prepare progress reports
- Aid in the preparation of RFI’s and submittals
- Review estimates, negotiate, and process change orders
- Aid in coordinating project and contract schedules
- Maintain job record files
- Participate in progress meetings, generating meeting minutes
- Aid in field inspections and verify work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications
- Assist Project Manager with administrative support

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Assist with design and construction meetings

Education | Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 15+ years’ of related experience
- E-builder experience
- Able to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must possess a driver’s license
Pay
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
