Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations proactively.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and daily reports.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.

Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
