Responsibilities

• Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation.
• Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other construction management to determine budget and timeline.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
• Create schedules for workers and subcontractors.
• Hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly.
• Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary.
• Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines.
• Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.

• Base salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
