We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Superintendent based in Albany, NY, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site
- Ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done
- Take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet

Requirements
- 6+ years of construction experience in inspecting large scale building construction projects valued above $1 million
- 4 years’ experience shall be as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale, multi-contract building projects
- Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
- OSHA 30 Certification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field (ideally)

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $110,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
