Job Details

We are seeking a Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $10M–$80M+ in the commercial and academic sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily on-site operations from mobilization through closeout
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Cook up and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors and enforce quality standards
  • Manage site safety and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Oversee logistics planning for tight urban and occupied campus environments
  • Run OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings
  • Partner closely with Project Management and Preconstruction teams
  • Maintain strong client relationships on-site

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC
  • Experience on higher education or institutional projects preferred
  • Strong scheduling experience (P6 or MS Project exposure a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage complex phasing and occupied renovations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Boston construction market dynamics
