What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day operations on commercial construction sites, keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and at Osman's quality standard
• Work hand in hand with Project Managers to build and hold the schedule and coordinate subcontractors and self-perform crews
• Run regular site inspections for safety, building code, and contract compliance
• Get ahead of field issues and resolve them quickly, keeping clear communication with everyone on the project
• Keep accurate daily reports, inspection records, and documentation of project progress
• Represent Osman in the field with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and the surrounding community

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years as a Site Superintendent in commercial construction
• A track record of coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to hit deadlines
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and safety practices
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication with field crews, project teams, and clients
• Experience on LEED or sustainable projects is a plus
