- We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial and industrial construction projects throughout Kentucky.

Job Description
- Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial and industrial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field crews, inspections, deliveries, and jobsite logistics
- Oversee project schedules, site safety, quality control, and overall field execution
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, shop drawings, schedules, and project documents
- Lead jobsite meetings and communicate clearly with project managers, owners, subcontractors, and field teams
- Track daily progress, manpower, site conditions, inspections, materials, and project updates
- Support work involving warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, building expansions, foundations, tilt up, and precast construction
- Identify field issues early and work with project teams to keep projects moving
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and productive jobsite from mobilization through closeout
Qualifications
- Experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial, industrial, or design build construction
- Background with general contractors, construction managers, or commercial builders preferred
- Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, inspections, safety, and field coordination
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Experience with warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, tilt up, precast, concrete, or building expansions is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on schedule
- Proficiency with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software is a plus
- OSHA certification preferred
