Superintendent / Bridge Foreman

A established leader in heavy civil and bridge construction focused on delivering quality infrastructure projects throughout Vermont with a strong emphasis on skilled field leadership, safety, and reliable execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead crews on bridge and heavy civil construction projects
• Direct daily field operations including steel erection, concrete construction, pile driving, and earthwork
• Oversee rigging, traffic control, carpentry, and related site activities to ensure safe, efficient progress
• Coordinate work sequencing, quality control, and schedule adherence on active job sites
• Manage out-of-town and remote assignments throughout Vermont as needed
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and project requirements while mentoring crew members

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in bridge and heavy civil construction
• Advanced knowledge of steel erection, concrete construction, pile driving, rigging, traffic control, carpentry, and earthwork
• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL preferred
• Experience with railroad bridges, welding, operating equipment, and drilling is a plus

Pay

$38 - $48 per hour (salary options negotiable)
