The ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects, particularly within healthcare, higher education, and K-12 sectors, including both new construction and renovation projects. Project Experience (Required): Medical / Healthcare facilitiesHigher Education (Colleges & Universities)K-12 SchoolsExperience in both New Construction and Renovation projects Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction activities on-siteEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standardsMaintain strict adherence to safety protocolsCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholdersMonitor project schedules and resolve on-site issues proactively Preferred Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to delivering high-quality projects Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
