About the Role
Robins & Morton is looking for a Superintendent to lead the planning, organization, integration and completion of our dynamic projects. Specifically, the Superintendent will provide servant-minded, relationship-oriented leadership, earning the trust & respect of others, leading to efficient & collaborative services for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan procedures based on start & completion times & staffing requirements for each phase.
- Plan & set up efficient jobsite layout, including site utilization and primary control.
- Plan & establish flow of the work activities on the project.
- Direct development of overall Project Schedule.
- Uphold jobsite safety in compliance with OSHA regulations & R&M Safety Program.
- Manage: Field Superintendents, MEP Coordinators, Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, Field Engineers, Safety Engineers, Foremen, Field Assistants, Field Office Assistants, Jobsite Assistants & all craft persons. May also manage: Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager.
- Lead supervisors & trade partners engaged in planning & executing work, interpreting specifications & coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
- Implement & lead near term scheduling meetings & address issues arising from meetings.
- Manage all field operations of trade partners to effectively complete their work.
Requirements
- Ability to read, analyze & interpret contract documents, safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions & procedure manuals.
- 10+ years of construction experience/training as a Superintendent
- OSHA 30 Hour certification preferred. If not current, receive within 1st year & keep current.
- Knowledge of all facets of ground up Construction/New Renovation

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
