About the RoleWe are seeking a Superintendent responsible for leading, directing, and coordinating the overall field execution of infrastructure construction projects in and around Nashville, TN. This role serves as the on-site leader and primary point of contact for field operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with contract requirements, schedules, and quality standards. The position requires regular travel to active project sites throughout the Little Rock region and surrounding areas, with flexibility to support additional projects as business needs require. The Superintendent plays a critical role in maintaining consistency in execution, safety culture, and operational excellence across RNGD’s infrastructure portfolio.
