Responsibilities
- Oversight of all construction project aspects from planning to implementation
- Allocation of resources for assigned projects
- Supervision of onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiation with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintenance of high standards of workmanship adhering to original plans and specifications
- Onsite supervision of construction projects, scheduling, and daily reporting to company and clients
- Individual judgment and decision making within company guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years experience in construction management or related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
