Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality construction projects
• Manage construction schedules and budgets
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Perform site inspections and document progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for construction and a commitment to quality

Skills

• Construction management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices
• Experience with project management tools

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
