Responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of a large industrial facility. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing staff, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of performance
• Maintain and repair equipment to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
