Responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and up-to-date.
• Handle emergency situations and coordinate with local authorities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
