Superintendent

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of project managers in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
• Manage client relationships and ensure project success
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or project management
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for quality construction and customer satisfaction

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
