Responsibilities
- Create project plan along with Project Manager
- Aid in subcontractor selection, manage selected subcontractors
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to on site
- Create and update 4-week schedules
- Create RFI's
- Be the point person on site for quality control and safety
- Develop progress schedules and documentation
- Interpersonal management on all on site personnel
- Lead regular meetings with staff and subcontractors
Requirements
- Previous lead superintendent experience
- Ground up build on $2M+ projects
- Residential or commercial construction experience
- Procore
- RFI
