Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry is required.
At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent.
Project experience within the Commercial construction space.
Proven ability to read and interpret project blueprints.
Strong experience in project scheduling and management.
Demonstrated ability to perform quality control and safety checks.
Proven experience coordinating with subcontractors.
Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage project progress effectively.
Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with clients and project managers.
A strong commitment to safety and quality is essential.
