Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure adherence to design specifications and building codes
• Manage subcontractors and vendors
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project budgets and timelines
• Ensure safety standards are met
• Document project progress and communicate with clients

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant construction management experience
• Experience in high-end corporate interiors, TI, upfit, renovation, or adaptive reuse projects
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
