Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains project timelines and ensures timely completion of projects as defined by established schedules.
• Ensures job site and model home safety and cleanliness.
• Guarantees home construction adheres to building codes, phase specifications, and homeowner options.
• Attends and participates in training classes to foster career advancement.
• Participates in pre-construction meetings.
• Participates in pre-settlement walk-through meetings with customers.
• Participates in weekly community meetings.
• Schedules all “punch work” on homes.
