Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for installers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure all work adheres to company standards and client specifications.
• Apply expertise in insulating HVAC ducts, HVAC pipes, and plumbing systems to support project execution and maintain quality control.
• Review blueprints, job specifications, and submittals to perform accurate material take-offs, aiding in scheduling and procurement processes.
• Lead and conduct safety meetings, enforce safety policies, and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory safety requirements.
• Utilize experience in construction management and mechanical systems, along with knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques, to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects and crews, demonstrating previous experience as a Foreman or General Foreman.
• Show proficiency in mechanical insulation systems, materials, and industry best practices.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to support project needs.
• Show strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage projects and teams.
• Show commitment to maintaining safety standards and fostering a culture of safety on every project.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Foreman or General Foreman, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and crews.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical insulation systems, materials, and industry best practices.
