Responsibilities
- Covers coordination and supervision of all construction activities.
- Directs field personnel to ensure project completion on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship.
- Maintains construction schedule and resolves problems.
- Safeguards contractor material orders and inspection schedules.
- Maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
- Reviews and supervises the completion of a final punch list.
- Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices, and addresses job site hazards.
- Ensures adherence to company safety policies by all team members and contractors.
Qualifications
- Ability to work varied day and evening timeframes and travel within the greater Los Angeles area.
- Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, and subcontractor management.
- Experience managing multiple projects.
