Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Covers coordination and supervision of all construction activities.
• Directs field personnel to ensure project completion on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship.
• Maintains construction schedule and resolves problems.
• Safeguards contractor material orders and inspection schedules.
• Maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
• Reviews and supervises the completion of a final punch list.
• Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices, and addresses job site hazards.
• Ensures adherence to company safety policies by all team members and contractors.

Qualifications

• Ability to work varied day and evening timeframes and travel within the greater Los Angeles area.
• Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, and subcontractor management.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
