About the role
Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Ensure health and safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure work environment.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Supervise on-site personnel and ensure productivity and efficiency.
Provide leadership and direction in resolving construction-related issues and challenges.
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment necessary for successful project execution.
Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least five years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Certified in industrial equipment operations (e.g., scissor lift, boom lift, forklift).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- OSHA 30 Hour Certification or ability to obtain.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- NCCCO Crane Operator certified.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Native-level proficiency in English and Spanish – an asset.
