4. Ensuring impeccable execution of operational policies and maintaining brand standards
5. Communicating promotions, contests, and incentives to the team

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of previous leadership experience
• Expertise in all aspects of store operations
• Detail-oriented and able to think critically to execute operational components

Preferred qualifications include:

• Customer service or retail experience
