About the role

Redeemer Downtown is currently hiring Operations Staff for our Sunday services. We are hiring for the morning (AM) shift and also for the evening (PM) shift.

Responsibilities

• Carry at least 25 lbs
• Display a good work ethic within a team dynamic
• Work approximately 7:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for the AM shift
• Work approximately 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for the PM shift
• Knowledge of or ability to learn music equipment / tech preferred
• Familiarity with and/or comfort with accessing and using the Planning Center app for day-to-day layouts, communication, and event details during shifts

Qualifications

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set; experience and training; licensure, certifications, and ordination; and other organizational needs.

Pay

Hourly Pay: $25 - $25/hr
