Job Duties
- Provide personal care to clients as needed.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor client health and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Follow medical orders and administer medications as prescribed.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of living environment.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE HHA CERTIFICATE (OR PASS HHA TEST)
- MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF A VALID CPR CARD
- MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS or CURRENT CHEST XRAY
- MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE
