Furniture Move and assemble furniture and appliances
- Set up rooms
- Move furniture from one area to another
- Organize storage rooms throughout campus
Repair
- Inspect, remove, maintain, and repair furniture in residential rooms and lounges
- May include minor carpentry repairs on furniture and facilities
- Prepare rooms for occupancy
- Perform repairs using basic hand tools
Grounds
- Rake
- Weed
- General cleanup
Requirements:
- Candidates should have a general understanding of power and hand tools
- Be able to perform and understand basic repairs
- Lift 25 pounds
- Work well autonomously
- Excellent organizational skills
Pay
Pay Range: $16.00 per hour
